I’m excited to share a new app that I’ve developed, offering a unique way to visualize the concept that everything around us—including ourselves—is ultimately a vibration. Through this tool, you can explore the fundamental elements of quantum mechanics, using the Dirac equation to reveal how the building blocks of reality behave.

What Does the Visualization Show?

The app focuses on the radial component of the Dirac wavefunction, specifically for an atom that behaves like hydrogen. This wavefunction has two parts—labeled g and f—that shift as you move away from the nucleus. These shifts give us a glimpse into the very nature of matter itself, showing how particles behave on a fundamental level.

You can adjust several key parameters in the visualization:

  • Z (Atomic Number): This refers to the number of protons in the atom's nucleus.
  • n (Principal Quantum Number): This defines the energy level of the electron.
  • κ (Relativistic Angular Momentum Quantum Number): This accounts for the relativistic effects, such as the electron’s movement at speeds close to light.

The Dirac equation offers a more complete, relativistic description of how electrons behave, considering both positive and negative energy states. This makes it a powerful tool for understanding quantum systems more accurately.

At its core, this tool lets you interact with the hidden vibrations that underlie everything in the universe.
